Carpets can actually get quite dirty over time due to a variety of factors such as:
Foot Traffic: Frequent use of high traffic areas can lead to a build up of dirt, dust, and debris.
Outdoor Elements: People track in dirt, mud, and other outdoor pollutants on their shoes, which can get transferred onto carpets.
Pet Hair: If you have pets, their hair, dander, and even mud from their paws can be deposited on the carpets as they move about. This can contribute to the overall dirtiness of carpets.
It's important to clean and maintain carpets regularly to prevent excessive dirt build up, maintain a clean and hygienic living environment, and preserve the condition of the carpets.
Regular vacuuming & spot cleaning can help keep your carpets looking clean and fresh, however a professional clean will completely revitalise carpets, making them clean, hygienic and visibly fresh again! We recommend booking a service at least once a year.

Included in every service as standard:
1) Pre-Inspection:
We'll assess the condition of your carpets / upholstery, noting any areas of concern, stains, or special requirements. This step helps determine the appropriate cleaning method and necessary cleaning agents.
We may, if requested, use our UV light to identify any hidden stains such as pet urine.
2) Vacuuming:
Before the deep cleaning process begins, the carpet is thoroughly vacuumed to remove loose dirt, dust, and debris. This step helps to maximize the effectiveness of the subsequent cleaning.
3) Pre-Treatment:
We apply a pre-treatment solution to target any stubborn stains or heavily soiled areas. This solution sits for a short period to break down the dirt and make it easier to remove during the cleaning process.
4) Mechanical Agitation:
We gently but effectively loosen the dirt from the fibres whilst lifting and restoring the carpet pile.
5) Hot Water Extraction:
Hot water (sometimes mixed with a cleaning agent) is sprayed onto the carpet under high pressure. This loosens dirt, bacteria, and allergens trapped in the fibres. Out powerful extraction machine is used to remove this water, along with the dislodged dirt and cleaning solution. This step helps to extract the majority of moisture from the carpet, leaving it only slightly damp.
6) Spot Treatment:
If any stubborn stains remain after the hot water extraction, we will apply specialised spot treatments to target these stains and manually remove them.
7) Water Disposal:
The satisfying bit - we say goodbye to the dust and grime from your carpets!
The specific steps and techniques may vary slightly depending on the condition and type of carpets being treated.
