Q) What is included in your end of tenancy cleans?
A) The following is included as standard:
General cleanliness: The property will be cleaned throughout, including all surfaces, floors, and fixtures. The walls and ceilings will be free of cobwebs, dust, and dirt. All floors vacuumed, swept and mopped.
Kitchen: Sink & taps cleaned and descaled. Cleaning of the inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers, work surfaces, oven, hob, and extractor fan. All landlord owned white goods / appliances including fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher (inc filters).
Bathroom: Toilet, sink, shower, bathtub. Tiles cleaned and descaled, & mould removed from grout.
Windows and doors: Inside windows and doors cleaned thoroughly, including frames and sills.
Furniture and fixtures: All furniture and fixtures, such as shelves, lamp shades, and curtain rails, dusted and cleaned.
If you have an inventory or schedule of condition we can use this as a reference point during the end of tenancy clean to help ensure you get your deposit back.
Q) How much do you charge for an end of tenancy clean?
A) End of Tenancy pricing is dependent on the following factors:
The scale of dirt and grime
Size of property & how many rooms need cleaning
The professional tools and services required to complete the job
Labour time inc. how many staff required
Q) Can you clean the carpets at the same time?
A) Yes! We also offer the following additional EOT services all under one roof:
Carpets
Upholstery such as sofas, chairs & mattresses
Outside windows
Garden tidy inc. mowing and strimming
Rubbish clearance
Jet washing of patios / driveways
Painting touch ups / full re-paint
Repairs to fixtures and fittings e.g. lamps, curtain poles, curtains
These additional services can be quoted for upon request and all services are carried out by Merritt Cleaning – making things easier for you – you only have to deal with one company for all jobs!
